Dependency
I never knew how dependent I was (am) on broadband. Our house broadband has been down for one week (hence the lack of updates) and it’s killing me! I can’t check my email, I can’t blog, I can’t surf net…argh! Yeah…I know I can go on via dial-up but it’s just so damn slow that you might as well not bother…sigh. Oh…and we still don’t know what’s wrong yet. Hubby has called the Streamyx people but there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with his account. The telephone line is working fine. Don’t think any of the compy stuff got hit by lightning. *scratches head*
Sigh.
Update: For some weird reason…everything was working when we got back from work today. Will not question miracles. *Happy sigh…*

Yay!! I know how you feel! My broadband went down twice this year after the modem/router got hit by lightning!

Tell me about it! My Streamyx has been down for 4 days. Since Sunday. Called them and said there’s some faulty circuit around the area where I live and it will be rectified. Like hello! 4 freaking days and still down.
Am on dial up at the moment. *faints* The customer service center said their ppl are not back yet from the Raya hols! WTH??? Sigh….
I want m broadband back.
