Yes, my company also the same, more than 10 people left after taken their bonus. Me also “broke” already due to many farewell treat.

Jay: It’s probably the same thing that’s wrong with every other company…hehe…low increment, people not happy, too much work, staff being poached…ohhh…the reasons are just endless! All the more reason not to be sitting right at the top…the amount of salary might not be equivalent to the headache…=)
Zack: We’re waiting for more people to resign before we announce a farewell lunch…one time spend all…cheaper eh!
