A wedding…really?
Insisting that we be there early, which ended up with us waiting more than 3 hours…
Lunch in an open-air tent with not enough fans plus the haze and the sweltering weather in good ol’ KL…
Not enough seats for everyone…
A ceremony that apparently included some Buddhist chanting plus documentaries on how a wife should and should not treat a husband (cooking and cleaning is ok, but stabbing him with a knife is apparently a no-no), and on wars and people dying…and it took…oh…2 hours?
Vegetarian food cooked in the back alley of the shoplot, which a group of us didn’t eat because we were so hungry that we ended up walking to a nearby mamak stall for lunch instead…
Not a big surprise when someone commented…”This feels more like a funeral than a wedding”.

The wedding does sound a little miserable. You went to the mamak to have lunch? At least you attended it and survived to post this entry in your blog!
