No wonder outside food makes me ill

Shame on you, Nam Heong Chicken Rice Shop!!!

After drinking more than half the bowl of soup, we found a piece of crumpled up NEWSPAPER at the bottom of the bowl. And if you really want to know, it was from a Chinese newspaper…but don’t ask me whether it’s Sin Chew or…what other Chinese newspaper do we have in M’sia?

Too bad I only had my phone with me…couldn’t snap a clearer photo!

Anyways…how absolutely disgusting. The waitress apologized, but who’s to say this won’t happen again?

If shops like these can’t practice proper hygiene, they shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Suffice to say, I won’t be going back there for some time.

Carrot: Haha…tell me about it! Imagine MY reaction when we saw it right after ingesting half the contents of the bowl!!

    Merv: LOL….too bad I can’t read chinese characters! :-P
Pixelator: I know! I think they probably used the newspaper to wrap the meat or vege or something. Ooookkkk…I don’t want to imagine what else the newspaper could’ve been used for!

Something to say?
