It’s Monday
My decision not to take leave today is proving to be a bad one.
Last night’s wedding dinner ended late, which means we arrived home late, which means I went to bed late. Which also means I wake up as grumpy as a baited bear.
Woke up this morning to lovely grey skies. Lovely except for the fact that I had to get up to go to work.
Could not find my handphone charger.
My eyes are stinging coz of the lack of sleep and everything looks blurry.
Forgot to bring my umbrella to work.
Some lady stepped on my toes so hard while I was in the lift that I went ‘Owwww…SH*T!!’, which caused everyone to turn and look at me.
There’s this drama queen that sits in the cubicle next to mine and speaks at the top of his voice. Yes, HIS. And he’s not on leave today. Right now, he’s cursing and scolding and talking as if he’s the greatest thing since baked beans. Typical tai lam yan. Drives us all nuts everyday, and right now, he’s making me mad enough to stand up and ask him to shut up want to stand up and ask him to shut up.
Oh…and it’s only 9.16am.
Edit: I think I know why everything looks blurry! I have a feeling I accidentally took an old(er) stash of disposable contact lenses, ie. the ones with the lower power!

Haha…I just realized that the way I wrote it made it seemed as if I did ask him to shut up. No, I didn’t ask him to shut up…that would be rude of me, wouldn’t it?

i kept on asking why was i at work today. regret to the max. so much for saving a day’s annual leave. had a long lunch to compensate that. hehehe…

Carrot: Yup, went for lunch, but the rest of the day was still B.O.R.I.N.G….
