On the way to Ipoh

Sun, 03 Jun 2007, 10:09 pm

For some reason, the traffic towards Ipoh on Saturday was B.A.D. We left after lunch, about 12.30pm, and we only reached at 3pm.

What’s worse…

I had one big cup of Taiwanese bubble tea.

There were intermittent traffic jams for no apparent reason (no accidents, no roadworks…).

TWO consecutive rest areas were closed…

I hopped out of the car like my tail was on fire as soon as we reached the Tapah rest area!

Will blog more about the trip, the past Friday’s outing with K&SY, and tonight’s unsatisfying dinner tomorrow!

Haha…ya hor, maybe it’s becoz of the Agong’s birthday (and subsequent replacement holiday on Monday, maybe)!

Anyways, coming back was OK…no traffic jams, phew!

School holidays hence the jam. Even the malls in KL was quite empty as people were all away for the holidays with their kids.

Something to say?
