After watching Torvill & Dean’s video on Paris’s website, I was reminded of an ice skating show that’s an oldie but a goodie…
Does anyone remember that show? I remember watching it when I was young and falling absolutely in love with the theme song, Through the Eyes of Love. And being so young and impressionable, I of course decided that I wanted to be an ice skater too… 
I found the video above on YouTube (doncha just love YouTube?!?) and watching Lexie’s final performance and hearing that haunting song just gives me goosebumps all over again!
Talk about strolling down memory lane!

Omg omg omg, I soooo remember Ice Castles. And for a long time after that, I’d sing Thru The Eyes of Love and get all teary eyed. Thanks for putting up this post. Such sweet memories.

Yes! My all time favourite song! I was searching for this song hi & low 3 yrs back… Found it and has been playing it every now & then. Such a beautiful song.

I never knew it came from a movie but that song is so haunting it always gives me goosebumps. I think if someone sang it to me, I’ll probably just bawl!

OH my gosh~!!! What memories~! I remember watching that show and tearing like a baby… Watched this clip again, and guess what… teary eyed again! sigh… sucha cry baby I am! I’m a sucker for romantic movies.
